Very nice, clean and compact apartment. Two of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, the 3rd bedroom is small and you have to go through one of the other two bedrooms to use a bathroom, but manageable, it's fine, your in Paris! Apartment is centrally located to all the major attractions. Right across the street from very cool jazz club, Le Duc des Lombards.

We had a rough check in bc I did not know the check in instructions were coming from An email titled Studio Prestig. This was very confusing!Our WiFi did not work for the first 1-3 days. Lucky we had bought a hip pocket WiFi and we were away on a tour for 2 days.The bedrooms were as described. The kitchen had some cooking equipment. It was nice to have a washer/dryer.Living area was a nice space.Needed more garbage bags, more toilet paper, and marking specifically laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent.We found items easily. Location was ideal for restaurants, tours and nightlife.Loved our time in Paris!

The location and amenities of the apartment were awesome however the communication from Belvilla was challenging, we never received welcome information and I had to request it the day after we got there. Also the apartment is situated above restaurants that played music until 3/4am every night which really disturbed our sleep during our vacation

I did not receive the email with codes. The person who was to meet us did not come and communication was intermittent. It took 1 1/2 for the correct codes so we could get into our rooms. The WiFi did not work for 2 days. Lots of emails and text to various people. Finally I received a text with passwords It would have been nice to receive an email from Belvilla saying to expect emails from Studio Prestige. This would have alerted me.

The location of this apartment was fantastic. You have amazing restaurants, lots of supermarkets and are within walking distance to several iconic tourist spots. The amenities in the apartment were also great, perfect for my in-laws, my husband and I as well as our 9yr old son.That being said, this apartment was very noisy. Every night we could hear loud music playing until 2am/3am in the morning, which I’m assuming came from the restaurants/bar on the main level of the building but it really made a negative impact on our vacation when no one is sleeping well. Also the communication was very confusing, we booked VRBO however the property was managed by Belvilla and the communication was not the best. We checked in early however didn’t receive our welcome email with important information until I contacted them and requested it a full day into our vacation.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Die Wohnung ist genauso wie auf der Website abgebildet und bietet ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Obwohl sie an einer belebten Straße liegt, ist es drinnen sehr ruhig. Die Agentur war sehr entgegenkommend und entgegenkommend und erlaubte uns, früher einzuchecken und unser Gepäck nach dem Auschecken im Büro zu lassen.
