Perched on the hillside, the villa offers a unique setting with panoramic sea views, lush mountain views, and a refreshing natural breeze that keeps the atmosphere cool and relaxing all day.

The space
The open-plan living area is perfect for socializing, with modern decor and plenty of natural light. The fully equipped kitchen lets you prepare meals with ease, while the dining area invites everyone to gather and enjoy.

For entertainment, we’ve got you covered! Challenge your friends or family to a game of pool or table tennis in the dedicated game room. When it’s time to unwind, crank up the karaoke party speakers and sing your heart out, or relax with your favorite shows and movies on Netflix.

Step outside to the private pool area where you can soak up the sun, take a refreshing swim, or just chill with a cool drink.

The villa offers 4 comfortable bedrooms:
• 2 bedrooms on the ground floor for easy access.
• 2 bedrooms on the lower floor, connected by an internal staircase, offering extra privacy and comfort.

Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire villa, including the infinity pool, living room, fully equipped kitchen, and all 4 bedrooms. The villa is private and not shared with anyone else during your stay.
• Ground floor: 2 bedrooms, living room, and kitchen.
• Lower floor: 2 bedrooms, connected via internal stairs.
• Outdoor area: Infinity pool, sun loungers, and terrace with panoramic views.

For your comfort, daily cleaning is provided (except Sundays), and pool maintenance is carried out twice a week to keep everything fresh and ready to enjoy. Free parking is also available on-site, and you’ll have complete privacy throughout your stay.
