We stayed in the apartment as a family of five. Overall, the apartment was good – it was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and our stay there was pleasant. The location is also very convenient, as it is very close to a subway station, which made getting around London easy. However, there was a significant issue with the water pressure in the apartment. The water flow was extremely weak, to the point that it was difficult to take a normal shower. We contacted the host during our stay to report the issue, but unfortunately received a generic response saying that nothing could be done about it. While the apartment itself is nice and suitable for a family, the water pressure is something future guests should be aware of.

It’s also great to know that the convenient location near the subway made getting around London easy for you. We’re sorry to hear that the water pressure did not meet your expectations during your stay. Your comments are appreciated and will be taken into consideration as we continue to review and improve the guest experience. Thank you again for your feedback. Best regards,
