Welcome to Mattawamkeag River Cottage, a cozy two-story home located in the peaceful town of Island Falls, just off I-95. Perfect for families, outdoor lovers, or adventurers, this charming retreat is only a short walk from the Mattawamkeag River and three scenic public lakes, ideal for fishing, kayaking, and swimming.
The cottage features three comfortable bedrooms – one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and one with twin beds – as well as a full bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the warm living area with TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heating, ensuring year-round comfort.
Outside, guests can easily access Baxter State Park, Mount Katahdin, and local ATV, canoe, and snowmobile rentals for a true Maine experience. Hunters are welcome too!
