Pelican Beach unit (507) has been renovated and is ready for your family and friends!! Enjoy breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico from a fifth floor balcony where you can sit back and relax over the emerald green waters. This unit offers all the fine elements as well as everything you will need to feel right at home. A new mattress in master bedroom (2023) living area has carpeted floors (New 2022), a fine sleeper sofa (New 2022), and a comfortable and stylish design throughout. The kitchen (Updated 2019) offers full size new stainless steel appliances and all the housewares you will need to make family meals. There is a nice dining table for four as well as three barstools at kitchen counter/bar for plenty of seating. The master suite has a king-sized bed, nice quality furniture, and en-suite master bathroom. The master bathroom (Updated 2018) offers a shower/tub and sink. There is a twin over twin bunk bed in the hall. The second full bathroom (Updated 2018) is in the hall and offers a sink and an enclosed shower. For your convenience, there is a coin operated laundry room on each floor. You will find a DVD player and two large smart flat screen TV's in this fine unit. First family beach trip

We had such a wonderful stay at this condo! It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable trip. The view was absolutely stunning — we spent every morning and evening on the balcony soaking it in. The kids had the best time! They loved the beach, the pool, and how close everything was. It was the perfect spot for a family getaway. The host was kind and responsive, and made everything super easy. We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone traveling with kids!
