Pelican Beach unit (507) has been renovated and is ready for your family and friends!! Enjoy breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico from a fifth floor balcony where you can sit back and relax over the emerald green waters. This unit offers all the fine elements as well as everything you will need to feel right at home. A new mattress in master bedroom (2023) living area has carpeted floors (New 2022), a fine sleeper sofa (New 2022), and a comfortable and stylish design throughout. The kitchen (Updated 2019) offers full size new stainless steel appliances and all the housewares you will need to make family meals. There is a nice dining table for four as well as three barstools at kitchen counter/bar for plenty of seating. The master suite has a king-sized bed, nice quality furniture, and en-suite master bathroom. The master bathroom (Updated 2018) offers a shower/tub and sink. There is a twin over twin bunk bed in the hall. The second full bathroom (Updated 2018) is in the hall and offers a sink and an enclosed shower. For your convenience, there is a coin operated laundry room on each floor. You will find a DVD player and two large smart flat screen TV's in this fine unit. Beach view is great. But you can’t even smoke on your balcony. The tiki bar closes around five and they take the beach chairs and umbrellas up at five also. I think we will try a different place next time for the amount of money it cost.

Everything was as described, the view was amazing! Communication with the host was very responsive and in a timely manner. He answered any question we had. The pull out sofa was like sleeping with your head lower than the feet so we just slept at the foot of the bed. It was a very pretty place! Our only complaint with the whole stay was that we were not informed that tents were not allowed and only a certain sized cooler was allowed on the beach. These are the property’s rules, and it would’ve been nice to have had that information prior to booking so we could’ve made plans accordingly prior to arriving. Overall we would definitely stay here again!

The rooms were very nice and clean, comfortable king bed, everything needed was in the kitchen. Being on the 5th floor was high enough to have a great view of the beach, ocean and pool. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony drinking pinacoladas from the tiki bar. My only complaint was we could have used a couple more towels. Other than that it was wonderful!

We love the Destin area! Great location in the heart of Destin between Harbor Walk Village and Destin Commons. Close to multiple shopping venues and great restaurants. Across the street from Big Kahuna Water Park. and walking distance to miniature golf, arcade and go cart activities. Destin has the best golfing, fishing and beaches!

Unit 507 is a Gulf Front condo directly on the beach. The 5th floor is the perfect height to feel close to the beach with spectacular views of the crystal clear waters, sugar white sands and beautiful sunsets from your private balcony. Free wifi.
