HOUSE WITH HEATED POOL, FULL OF CHARM, PEACEFUL, NOT OVERLOOKED 6/7 PERS

This pretty house of 80 m2 is located on a closed ground of hedges of 880 m2, with a swimming pool 5m x 10m secure and heated (from May to the end of September).
It is located in the village, quiet, on the edge of the bike path, 2.5 km from the golf course and the beach.
Facing south, it benefits from a sunny terrace around the swimming pool, but also allows you to rest in the shade of oaks and cork oaks in a comfortable garden furniture.
Local shops (bakery, butcher, newsagent, pharmacy and mini-market) are located 300 m away on foot. A supermarket has also just opened.
The house consists of:
- a large living room, with a large picture window overlooking the wooden terrace and the swimming pool, with an open fitted kitchen: fridge / freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, kettle, toaster, coffee maker ... A lounge area with TV, DVD player, sofa and fireplace, a small desk
- 2 bedrooms with 140 bed (new bedding)
- 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140 in mezzanine and 1 bed 140 below
- 1 bathroom with 1 shower and 1 sink
- 1 bathroom with 1 shower, 2 sinks and 1 wc
- 1 separate toilet
- 1 linen room with washing machine and cupboard
- 1 closet in each bedroom

The swimming pool and the garden are regularly maintained.

Maison très agréable, lumineuse, bel espace avec tout le nécessaire ! Et cerise sur le gâteau nous avons pu profiter de la cheminée ! Nous avons passé une très belle semaine à « la maison bleue ». Encore plus belle en vrai et parfaitement équipée. Sehr schönes Haus mit großem Pool

Wie waren 1 Woche im Juni 24 in diesem sehr gut ausgestatteten Haus, in ruhiger Lage. Besonders gut hat uns der beheizte Pool gefallen. Sehr schneller, freundlicher Kontakt zu Catherine, die sich als Concierge sehr gut um die Gäste kümmert und gute Tipps für uns hatte.

Merci pour ce merveilleux moment passé au sein de notre maison très confortable et avec tout ce dont on a besoin. Très bonne communication avec la propriétaire et une dédicace spéciale à Catherine qui gère très bien la maison. Maison accueillante, chaleureuse, pratique, joliment décorée, et disposant de tout. Ausstattung und Lage des Hauses sind ausgezeichnet. Der Empfang durch Catherine war sehr herzlich. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und wir konnten unseren Urlaub perfekt geniessen. Sehr ruhig gelegen, wunderbar geheizter Pool, Bäcker und Supermarkt in Laufnähe. Dieses Ferienhaus ist wirklich zu empfehlen und wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

We spent a wonderful week at Moliets-et-Maa in this property. The pool is a delight and the house space is very well organised and has all the necessary equipment for a family. We really enjoyed our stay made of a mix of very good bbqs, farniente by the pool, bike exploration of the forest and beaches. The only (little) downsides were the size of the master bedroom bed a tiny bit small (we are used to a king sized bed, and we found ourselves a bit squished in a double bed), and the slightly overpriced cleaning fees (may be local prices are expensive ?). Other than that : perfect !

Merci pour vos remarques concernant la maison. Pour la dimension des lits je vais étudier le problème car les chambres sont petites. Quant au ménage, les prix sont peut-être élevés car il ya beaucoup de maisons et appartements en location et le personnel de ménage est insuffisant. Un cadre idéal pour des vacances réussies

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette superbe villa. Parfaitement agencée, à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur, parfaitement équipée, joliment décorée et très propre, on s'y sent tout de suite à l'aise. La piscine chauffée permet de profiter des vacances, même lorsque les nuages cachent le soleil. On a hâte de revenir !

Schönes Feriendomizil in sehr guter Lage

Basis für unser wunderschönen Urlaub in Moliet war dies tolle Feriendomizil! Alles war wie beschrieben vorhanden die Lage direkt im Grünen Speckgürtel (Inliner mitnehmen!). Wir waren mit unseren beiden erwachsenen Töchtern hier, die das chillen am Pool sehr genossen haben. Der Empfang und die Einweisung durch Catherine war super!

Schönes, ruhig gelegenes Haus mit Top Pool

Wir haben zu zweit zwei Wochen im Haus von Francette Lascaux unseren Urlaub verbracht. In Empfang wurden wir genommen von Catherine die uns sehr freundlich das Haus und den Pool kurz erklärt hat und auch einige Tipps welche Orte wir besuchen können, wo man am besten einkaufen kann etc. Schön war dass Catherine auch sehr gut Englisch gesprochen hat, da unser Franzosisch nicht so gut ist. Später am Anreise Tag kam noch Richard, der uns den Poolreinigungsroboter erklärt hat. Das nur auf Französisch. Aber somit hatten wir auch immer einen sauberen Pool. Wie bereits erwähnt ist der Pool sehr schön groß und ständig auf 30 Grad geheizt. Herrlich, da braucht man schon fast nicht mehr zum Strand. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub und würden das Haus noch einmal mieten.

La maison est très agréable et tout à pied.Ballade, boulangerie,piste cyclable et supermarché. Une semaine reposante avec une piscine sans aucun vis à vis et chauffée à 28 degrés. Mme Lascaux est une personne très agréable et d’une gentillesse. Encore merci.
