This host, Sean, was horrible to work with. He never sent me the address, or check-in information for this apartment. Sean also never responded to my 2-3 messages that I sent to him over the course of four months. Three days before my check in (and two days before my flight to Liverpool), I had to resort to contacting the VRBO Team for help, and Sean even refused to answer, or respond to, the VRBO management, when they tried calling him on my behalf. Finally, two days before my check in (& judt one day before I departed for Liverpool) VRBO cancelled my reservation with Sean, fully refunded my original payment, and heled me find an alternative place in Liverpool Center to stay, so that my family and I would not be stranded with no place to stay. I question if Sean’s place actually exists. If so, the worst case scenario is that Sean is a scheister, the best case scenario is that he has zero communication and zero organizational skills! All I can say is DO NOT book this apartment. That said, I do have to thank the VRBO Management Team for their wonderful assistance with finding me an apartment with the equivalent amenities and location!
