Beautifully renovated, "Bay Hill" has a large kitchen, updated bathrooms, a deck overlooking a HUGE fenced-in backyard, and sizeable bedrooms. This community north of Chattanooga is convenient to everything, as well as a short 20-minute drive to downtown! Parks and shopping within walking distance, or a two-minute drive to the corner. This large home is in a quiet and well-manicured subdivision, built in the 70's. The home is recently renovated with new cabinets, hardwoods, and custom tile. If you love to cook, look no further! this spacious updated kitchen has ALL the amenities you can imagine! Enter the home is a split-level with a custom tile foyer. The upstairs is bamboo hardwood flooring throughout. This special home used to be our personal home. We lived in it for 12 years and raised our 5 children in it. It is a pristine and well-cared for home in a great neighborhood, near high performing elementary (McConnel) and middle (Loftis) schools. Best of all, it is literally a 2-minute drive, or 10 minute walk to the corner for groceries, a gym, restaurants, great churches, and other shopping.
