Navy Reunion Weekend

6 of my buddies and I stayed here for three nights and it was perfect! The back deck was private the backyard was private the pool table was nice and level and the pool cues were straight. All the beds were clean and comfortable and all toiletries and possible items that were necessary . We would stay here again!were provided

Weekend in Chattanooga

The place was very clean and had everything we were looking for in a weekend rental. They only thing I wish it had was more paper towels to help the clean up process upon check out

Wedding weekend

Only used the house mostly for sleeping and showers Came for my son's wedding. The house accommodated myself, my son and my daughter and family. Everything was good. The girls loved the pool table and downstairs bedroom.

Loved our stay

This was a great house in a wonderful location. The description is a little off (says there is a hot tub but there is not, there are no bunk beds but there are two beds in a room and the second bathroom is a half bath, there is only one full bath). Otherwise, host is great and we enjoyed our stay

Great location, good value

The house is as advertised, the neighborhood was quiet and backyard private. I addressed a few minor issues w the owner and he was responsive. I d stay here again as the price was right.

Overall was pleased with the house. Wish it had a bigger coffee pot and definitely would have been nice to have tvs in all bedrooms. Would stay there again.

The place was clean except trash can in house was 2/3 full The neighborhood was good clean quiet There was a couple things off from the listing it said a spa whirlpool and pictures showed a hot tub there was not one there fridge door handle not secured properly but over all was very nice

Clean, short drive to everything

We enjoyed our stay! The property was clean and well kept! We had a small issue with the A/C but the property responded quickly and resolved the issue! He was quick to respond and easy to communicate with!

Great Property!

The property is great! No issues with anything! Clean and tidy! All beds except Main one was comfortable. Main bed needs to be updated but again there was no issues and did not cause us any issues!

Disappointing

We had booked the home for a week. We didn't receive instructions regarding the check-in protocol. I had to email the owner on our arrival day. We were given the wrong code, and it took us an hour to get in. The home was infested with cockroaches. I immediately emailed the owner, but he responded slowly and didn't offer a solution. The refrigerator handle was broken, and of the five patio chairs, only one had a pad. There were issues with the receptacles in the kitchen, and I had to reset the breaker in the panel several times. The laminate flooring had significant gaps that created a tripping issue. The dryer broke while we were there. The owner was aware of the dryer issue and responded with instructions on how to fix it. It was a simple fix but It would have been nice if a note had been put on the dryer so I didn't have to waste time emailing the owner.
