This is the second time we’ve stayed at Katie’s house and each time has been wonderful. The home is inviting and warm, clean and bright and has everything we needed. It’s super close to everything a person needs and we couldn’t be happier with our time there. Travelling for work

Perfect location for soccer tournament

We enjoyed our stay and the location of the rental. Allowed for easy access to the soccer fields for tournament as well as the sites of Chattanooga. Very comfortable and beautiful rental property.

Great Experience!

Jennifer was great and super easy to work with. If we had any needs she could be there in a few minutes to help us out. She was super friendly. The house itself was beautiful and well equipped for a VRBO. Location was great for our needs, especially with a grocery store just down the hill. Everything was fantastic. Will definitely stay here again If we need it.

Family Weekend

My two adult sons and I enjoyed staying at this house a lot. The house is roomier than it appears from the outside. The three bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for us. The furnishings and decor gave a relaxing atmosphere. We didn’t hear any noise in the neighborhood and having a grocery store close by was so convenient to buy food to cook for breakfast. We were pleased with the access to I-75 and other major highways when driving to family gatherings.

Relaxing & Renewed Getaway

The house was so well laid out and all the beds were incredibly comfortable we actually enjoyed being in the house! Sometimes with rentals, it is just a landing pad, this felt like a home away from home. Pristine property. Easily accommodated all 7 of us. Planning to stay there whenever we are visiting family in North GA. We did have a hiccup getting the house code and the owner was very responsive and helpful.

Exceptional

This was an exceptional choice for gathering family from the far corners for our son’s weekend graduation celebration. Perhaps the best non-beach rental we’ve enjoyed as a family. Everything we needed was present, and there was room for everyone to find a corner as necessary. Well appointed. Host was responsive. Close to everything, and just distant enough from the interstate to not know it’s there. I would stay six days a week, and twice on Sunday.

Definitely a big YES!! The home looks professionally decorated, really nice linens and very clean! Pictures show exactly what you will get. Location worked fine for us. Lots of room! Awesome townhouse

I used to rent a townhome and this is nothing like my previous place. Very quiet, can’t hear the neighbors at all. Fully furnished, open concept, large bathrooms, with a large second floor. Plenty of room for 6-8 people. Large kitchen, washer and dryer, large garage. Plenty of light! Highly recommended for any events you’d have in the surrounding area. Easy to find

Beautiful wonderful place

We had trouble with google maps getting us to the correct location. After finally finding the place the code would not work to let us into the townhome. After about 30 minutes talking to different people on VRBO the owner called and let us in and reset the code. We had no more problems and enjoyed the stay very much!!!

This is a beautiful Townhouse in a convenient location. Plenty of restaurants close by. Two bedrooms downstairs and one upstairs plus a daybed so plenty of sleeping space. We enjoyed the Porches too. Very nice!
