Loved the house and the location. Floors weren’t very clean but other than that the place was great.

The house was nice enough, but several of the mattresses were very noisy. It's unfortunate that the pool is on the backside of the house, so it doesn't get afternoon sun and doesn't have a view of the ocean. We had a plumbing issue, but that was addressed quickly.
Oceanview was awesome .Pool was cold and unable to swim in it when we were there early Sep. there was a heater for the pool but it was not operable. Great for multiple families. The view is amazing as it is up higher and the morning sunrise evening sunsets and night moon were fantastic from the balcony. Bring your own beach towels as we didn't find any on the property to use. Internet was sporadic so if you need it head over to the coffee shop or hotspot in with your phone. They originally allowed us to purchase an extra night but later said they made a mistake which was a major issue because we had canceled our other reservation we would much rather have had them just say no you can not extend. That cost us a lot of time and dollars and disappointed kiddos.

One week in June
Information was late in getting to about what was needed for us to bring. To top it off elevator instructions came on day three. Then being told you have til Wednesday to decide about next year when you don’t get that info til the Wednesday in question. In all ways always late with instructions
We have stayed here before and loved it.. this time it was obvious that no on had been in the house for weeks. The house clean but not fresh. There was 8-10 dead palmetto bugs on the first floor and every night a few more came out. The water in the door of the fridge wasn't working but we got that fixed quickly... We do love the set up of this house but I will be asking more questions in the weeks leading up to our stay.
Chose this house for the location and elevator! Had 3 disabled family members and the elevator was broken so it was a struggle for the entire stay! Will not Ever book this again!!!

Cockroach infestation, broken elevator
We killed 4 or 5 cockroaches per day. Inadequate kitchen supplies for 15 adults such as 1 small frying pan. Filthy couch and mildew on shower curtains. Request for reimbursement for broken elevator ignored.
We loved the house and location. House is by the beach and the best part of our stay. Rooms were perfect for our big family and friends. Loved the porch and view from the kitchen.
The only thing we did not like was the cleaning arrangement. What is the point of paying cleaning fee if we had to do most of the work. We had to make all the beds upon arrival and take out all the sheets and separate them on departure. That’s too much work for amount of money it coasts.
Also, there were way too many emails from better beach while we were there. I am on my vacation, and I do not wmat to check multiple eamils daily.
The overall experience was good. House is right on the beach very good ocean front views. We liked that it had 5 king beds. The heat was out In The upstairs part of the house the first two nights and the two bedrooms upstairs was very cold. They sent somebody right out when we realized the heat was not working. We did not realize the heat was not working because the first day the temp outside was in the 60’s and we thought the heat would come on at night to warm the house.
We enjoyed our stay at Paradise Marin. We are a family of 11 adults, and 8 children. The house was plenty large enough for us and the pool was a great place to go for our littles when they didn't want to brave the sand on the beach.. The ony reason I'm not giving 5 stars is housekeeping could be better. When looking for a toy under the sofa in the living room we found a lot of sand and dirt. And the air returns in both hallways are in need of a good cleaning. They were particularly dusty. Other than those issues, we found the house, a great place for our family.

Excellent house for our family vacation
We loved having our own pool in the deck. House has lots of room for our large family. Corn hole in lower level was a nice accessory. Everything worked very well except WiFi didn’t reach to all bedrooms
