Good property and location, great beds, decent size, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets which is great, property has a lift which is very important. But one big thing it's lacking is air conditioning which is needed even though we were there end of May, it was few days of 90 degrees, and that was extremely hard to stay cool and sleep. Overall if it wasn't for heat, great property

I booked this property solely because it stated it was air conditioned. When we arrived it clearly was not air conditioned and it was during the historic heat wave in Paris. It felt like a sauna in the apartment and almost impossible to sleep. I wrote the host to ask for a partial refund due to the dishonest posting but never heard back from them.The check in process was difficult and we had to make several calls to get check in instructions well after check in time.

We were surprised with broken air conditioning during the heat wave. The host said “oh it’s not working right now” but they didn’t say that until I asked how I turn it on. If I knew, I didn’t book it. Vrbo customer support came through and tried to compensate us but I really wished the apartment was what it said it was in the listing. I felt cheated. I don’t fly to Paris like for a weekend. It’s rather a big deal.

It's a good apartment, clean, spacious and we liked having 2 toilets and showers. Beds are comfortable and good size. I do recommend to install air conditioning as we ended up during a really hot time, 3 days of 90 degrees and apartment with no air conditioning is extremely hard, thankfully we survived due to fans but definitely not enough. And the shower in master needs something on the shower floor as it's so slippery. But otherwise everything is good. The building has a lift which is very important. Location wise hs a lot of restaurants and Cafes and very close to metro area. I would stay there again if it's not during high temperature outside. I recommend the owner to install or have portable air conditioning to make it a much better stay.

When we arrived the AC was not working. We tried to communicate with the host and worked through several troubleshooting options, but it became clear that the AC had not been working prior to our arrival (primarily because there were extra fans plugged in where the TV is normally plugged in). The best the host offered us was more fans but considering we were there for the worst heat wave Paris has ever had, that would not work for our family with health issues in extreme temperatures. VRBO relocated us, considering the circumstances. Outside of the specific situation we experienced, the apartment was very cute and clean, and we would have loved to stay there as planned, if only the AC had worked as advertised.

Inaccurate listing. There is no air conditioning. We were there during the historical heatwave and couldn’t bare staying in the apartment. The host was kind and helpful until I said I needed AC like it was promised. Then they never replied ever so I had to go to Vrbo. But we had to stay there because we really were only in Paris for 4 days and couldn’t waste our time moving! The room was clean though. I really wanted to like our stay. It’s too bad.

I booked this apartment because it had air conditioning but it did not. We were there in a very hot time in Paris and the room was unbearable. I feel like you fradulently promoted AC when you knew without a doubt that it did not . I feel we are owed a discounted price due to this fact. I am trying not to write a very negative review but will await your response. Also, It was time for us to check in and we had no instruction and were delayed almost an hour awaiting a response to find out how we can get in.
