Welcome to Villa Marinella!

The Roberto apartment is a three-room unit located on the ground floor of Villa Marinella, featuring a large private outdoor area overlooking the Gulf of Mola, with panoramic views of the sea and Capoliveri.



The apartment includes a sea-view garden and consists of a living area with a glass-ceramic stovetop, one double bedroom, one bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with shower cabin and bidet.

The apartment is equipped with mosquito screens on the windows and a small table under the covered patio, as well as a garden furnished with table, chairs, sun loungers and parasol.

Shared services with the other guests of the property: outdoor shower, barbecue, parking and Wi-Fi.



Villa Marinella has a total of 5 apartments, 3 of which face the garden. Each of these apartments has its own private outdoor space, without separating walls.



The villa is located in Mola, Porto Azzurro, surrounded by nature—perfect for those seeking tranquillity and wishing to explore Elba Island, its beaches and the surrounding area.



Beaches and surroundings:

Just 150 m away you will find the island’s Dog Beach, facing the bay — perfect for letting your dog take a swim at any time of day.

Due to boat traffic and the proximity to the mooring area, we recommend the nearby beaches for swimming: Lido di Capoliveri, Zuccale, Barabarca, and Naregno.

All are reachable in about 5 minutes by car, are dog-friendly, and offer different environments: from family-friendly beaches to more quiet and natural spots.



Porto Azzurro is approximately 1 km away, and Capoliveri about 4 km.

A Coop supermarket and fuel station are just 2 minutes by car; within 5 minutes you can reach all services in Porto Azzurro.



Located in front of the natural harbor of Baia di Mola, the villa also benefits from the presence of a buoy field (active from May to October), offering berths for boats from 4 to 16 meters.



We recommend arriving with a vehicle to explore the many nearby beaches.

The villa is situated on an elevated position; to reach it, you will need to drive 100 m uphill on an unpaved road.

Bed linen and towels can be brought by guests or rented upon request: €20 per person.
