2 Pauls Maltings is a lovely first floor apartment which is part of the original maltings on the quay, with stunning views across Wells harbour and out to sea. The accommodation is all on one level with extremely high ceilings giving a lovely spacious feeling to this apartment, with a sociable open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area and 3 picture windows overlooking the iconic Wells quayside. Ideally located within walking distance of the beach and coastal path, the independent shops and a variety of places to eat, the apartment has undoubtedly some of the best views in Wells and also has the advantage of a designated parking space.

The apartment is accessed via an external brick staircase (with railings) around the back of the maltings. There is an entrance lobby where bicycles and prams may be stored.
