The apartment was great for us. 10 minute walk to the acropolis. We wish there had been some extra blankets or throws. The apartment building was pretty noisy throughout the night so if you have small children (like us) that can be inconvenient. We loved that 2/3 bedrooms had black out blinds! Helped us rest after our long day of travel! Host communicated pretty quickly and fixed any issues.

The apartment is withing 10 min walk of Acropolis. This is an excellent base if you wish to explore Athens - Acropolis, Plaka, Piraeous and more. The apartment is well maintained with all amenities you will need to enjoy your stay. Parking - is on the street and if you are not familiar with streets in Southern Europe, it might be daunting - and finding a spot at the end of the day is not easy. You can relax in the apartment after a day of exploration - it is a quiet building. We enjoyed our stay.

Center of Athens, very accessible to public transportation. We took the subway every day and ventured out in the hot summer days. The area was close to Plaka, to Acropolis, all the shopping we needed. AC was great, the washer was very helpful, and our clothes dried very quickly outside. Lots of places to eat nearby. It’s a safe and convenient area. The living room was a bit dark but given the hot strong sun, we preferred that. You need to be patient with the lift since only 3 max should get on it at a time, so if you have luggage or other ppl, it takes a bit of time. But it was a great help having the elevator!!

The house was very comfortable and clean, and the location was perfect. Grocery store was close by, and several delicious restaurants within walking distance. We would be happy to stay here again on our next visit.
