Savoy Monumentalis X – Stunning Views

Savoy Monumentalis X is a sophisticated 3-bedroom apartment, ideal for families or groups seeking comfort, privacy, and a relaxing stay with breathtaking sea views. Accommodating up to 6 guests, it offers three beautifully designed suites: two with double beds and one with two single beds. All suites feature private balconies and bathrooms with walk-in showers, ensuring both comfort and convenience.

The social area includes a fully equipped kitchen that opens into the living and dining room, creating a welcoming space for socializing, enjoying meals together, or unwinding after a day of exploring. The living room and one of the suites have access to a shared balcony, perfect for taking in the sea view and enjoying Madeira’s mild climate.

The apartment also features a separate laundry room and a guest WC, adding practicality to the stay. For leisure moments, guests can enjoy the shared pool and gardens—ideal for relaxing, sunbathing, or simply appreciating the beautiful surroundings.

Located in a prime area of Funchal, Savoy Monumentalis X offers easy access to beaches, restaurants, supermarkets and services, making it ideal for both relaxing and exploring the island. The surroundings are peaceful and well-kept, with pleasant seaside walks nearby and excellent connections to the city centre. It’s a convenient and comfortable base to enjoy everything Madeira has to offer.

GETTING AROUND

The best option to get to the apartment will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.
If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address.
There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the apartment.

You have access to all areas of the property.

INTERACTION

We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.

ATTENTION

We inform that a Municipal Tourist tax will be charged for person staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. All guests staying in tourist developments and / or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged 2,00€ per person/night, up to a maximum 7 nigths stay/ 14€ per person. Close to your arrival, you will receive the link to pay this fee.
