Located in a privileged place surrounded by mountains and on Lake Bubal. Less than 1 km from the Panticosa ski resort and 10 km from the Formigal station. The ski resort has free transportation to access both Panticosa-Los Lagos and Formigal with a stop at the door of our house. Very quiet urbanization with pool, paddle tennis, tennis, pediment, grass football field. Very close sports center with heated pool, sauna, spa, gym ....
Its situation allows many excursions and activities in any season of the year.
Very close to the town of Panticosa, 10 minutes walk, with all kinds of services, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, medical center, inf tourism, etc ...

Espectacular

La casa es acogedora, cómoda y tiene de todo. El entorno es espectacular y desde el jardín las vistas son increíbles, los críos se lo pasaron en grande jugando en él. La verdad es que no hay nada negativo que decir, la casa mejora al anuncio y la experiencia superó las expectativas como escapada estival. Esperamos poder volver algún día en invierno.

La maison est très agréable, conforme à la description. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Alex, le logement est très propre et tout les équipements ont bien fonctionnés. Un seul bémol, ce n'est pas très bien insonorisé et la dernière nuit, nous entendions du bruit dans le logement voisin...

La casa de Mariam es algo que recomendaría cien por cien: Es tal y como se ve en la fotos del anuncio, está decorada con un gusto...se nota que ellos vienen mucho por aquí, además de la limpieza de la casa. La ubicación es excelente, nosotros tardábamos en llegar a Anayet 20 minutos. Es una casa muy cómoda porque todo lo tiene en una planta, y además tiene un jardín con unas vistas espectaculares. Nosotros sin duda volveremos a la casa de Mariam. Muchísimas gracias por todo! 😊

Piso conforme al anuncio, muy bien equipado y en perfecto estado. Colchones de calidad, muy limpio, nos han acogido a la hora muy amablemente. la comunicación fue excelente antes de llegar. Lo mejor, el jardín, tiene unas vistas increíbles, a 180 grados, merece la pena.

Hola, Marían nos mandó muchas informaciones muy valiosas antes de llegar a su casa. Elena fue muy agradable y flexible a la hora de abrirnos la casa y cerrarla. La vista hacia las montañas es fenomenal, lo pasamos muy bien! Un pequeño detalle mejorable, tuvimos algunos problemas con el agua caliente a la hora de dar el baño de los niños pero ningun problemas para tomar duchas. Gracias!!

La casa es muy bonita y está perfectamente ubicada, decorada y equipada. Desde el parking se accede directamente por lo que es muy fácil y cómoda la carga y descarga. Volveremos seguro. Como ya comentamos con la dueña, sólo echamos en falta algún mueble o cómoda en el dormitorio principal ya que hay que usar el armario de la entrada.

Vue splendide pour un séjour très reposant

Nous avons passé une semaine fabuleuse dans cet appartement au mois de juillet. Nous aimions déjà Panticosa et ses environs et nous voulions revenir dans un appartement confortable et assez grand pour notre famille. C'est exactement ce qu'il nous fallait. Le jardin clos, sa lavande magnifique et sa vue extraordinaire nous ont offert des moments très agréables, le matin et le soir surtout. Il manquait juste un barbecue mais Elena qui s'occupait du ménage de l'appartement nous en a gentiment prêté un. L'accès voiture depuis le parking est aussi très appréciable, ainsi que la piscine hyper propre. Très bon séjour !

Totalmente recomendable, fuimos 5 personas en un viaje de esquí, muy cerca de la Estación de Formigal. Tiene un jardín muy bonito y las vistas son espectaculares. El salón es muy acogedor, el baño es amplio y está todo muy nuevo. Las habitaciones están muy bien de tamaño, y que tenga acceso directo al garaje resulta muy cómodo. Hemos disfrutado mucho de la estancia, repetiremos sin dudarlo!
