Walkers can head to Great Mell Fell and Little Mell Fell, with other local landmarks including Rookin House Equestrian and Activity Centre, Threlkeld Quarry and Mining Museum, Aira Force Waterfall and the Castlerigg Stone Circle, all within 8 miles. The bustling towns of Keswick and Penrith are both within 10 miles, as are the breathtaking lakes of Ullswater and Derwentwater.
Enter this stylish, thoughtfully updated property to find that the welcoming entrance hall has a staircase leading up to the first floor. Here, you will find the bright and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with a beamed and vaulted ceiling adding to the light, spacious feel of the room. The cosy lounge has a wood burner effect electric fire, a Smart TV and ample seating, offering a relaxing spot for you all to unwind in after a fabulous day out. There’s a sweet dining table over by the window, and a fully equipped, usefully organised kitchen to the rear, perfect for preparing all your favourite dishes. Heading back downstairs, you’ll find a refreshing bathroom and a choice of two pretty bedrooms: a cosy twin and a lovely double.
