A stunning, sunlit 3 bedrooms/4 baths home with an open floor plan, cathedral ceiling and skylights. This beautiful contemporary Cape with over 2,200 sq feet of living space provides plenty of room for large family gathering and entertaining friends! The bedroom setup is perfect for multiple families with small children or teens.
We have a fantastic family and game room in our basement that is perfect for entertaining and having a great time. Whether you're looking to play games, relax, or just enjoy some quality time with family and friends, our game room has something for everyone.

We purchased this home not long ago and it has been newly updated and furnished with brand new furniture, beds, mattresses, and much more.

This property is centrally located at the beginning of New Seabury, one of Cape Cod's most desired resort communities with many beautiful beaches nearby and just a short boat trip away to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard. Our property is between 1-3 miles away from the beautiful Popponesset Spit beach, the South Cape Beach and State Park and the Town of Mashpee beach.

The house is situated on a quiet, residential neighborhood. We are right across the street from Ann's Cove which is part of the Ockway Bay. We provide 5 bikes for guest to use. Take a quiet morning walk or bike ride around the neighborhood and enjoy the spectacular views of Ockway Bay and scenic views of Summersea Village.

The charming Popponesset Marketplace which is within the resort is also just a little over a mile away. The marketplace is a very popular hang-out for families where you will find restaurants, pizzeria, patisserie, ice cream parlor, bike rentals, gift shops, miniature golf and live entertainments (during the summer months). For those who enjoys shopping, the Mashpee Commons is just 3 miles away. The Common is an area with many upscale stores, restaurants, gift shops, cinema, and grocery stores.

This bright and spacious home has an open floor plan that encompasses the dining and living rooms with cathedral ceiling and skylights, a 2-story fireplace, hardwood floors, and multiple sliding doors opening onto a large deck and patio. An inviting outdoor gathering place for the whole family to relax and enjoy a BBQ after a fun day at the beach.
We have a fully equipped kitchen (Refrigerator, dishwasher, gas stove, over the range microwave, coffee maker, dishes, dinnerware, toaster, all cookware and lobster pots).

1st Floor
- the master bedroom with 1 king bed is on the first floor and includes an ensuite
bath, with soaking tub and separate shower. The master bedroom also has slider
door that opens to the deck.
- In addition to an open family room with fireplace, we also have a large den on the 1st floor with 50” Smart LED TV.
- there is also a half-bath on the 1st floor.
- Central A/C or Heat throughout.

2nd Floor
- there are two more bedrooms and a full bath with tub on the second floor. Each bedroom has a queen bed and twin beds. A great set up for family with young children.

Finished basement/playroom
- the finished basement has two living areas, playroom and a 4th bedroom. The large
playroom has a 50” Smart TV, pool and foosball tables many games. A great hang out
and game room for the whole family!

Spacious Home in Great Neighborhood

Very spacious home, with plenty of amenities both inside and out. We had a large group of 12 and all had plenty of space. The kids loved the basement with its game room. The kitchen is well equipped and the deck and backyard are great for enjoying nice weather. Hosts were very attentive and responded quickly. I would definitely recommend.

We had a really lovely stay at this home! It’s in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, and we loved being able to jog just one mile to the beach—such a nice perk we took advantage of several times. The house itself is very nice and well appointed, with lots of thoughtful touches like paddle boards and beach gear available for use.It was really well stocked in some areas, though a bit sparse in others—so just be sure to bring your own basics like shampoo, soap, coffee, and cooking oil. Some of that was mentioned ahead of time, but not all.Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend the place. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We enjoyed our stay here! With bedrooms on all three floors, we had plenty of room to spread out. The dryer had issues, but the owner planned to send someone out to fix it. Otherwise, our visit was perfect.

We enjoyed a week in Nee Seabury. House was very nice - big open space downstairs, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, finished basement with pool and foosball tables. One mile bike ride to nice sandy beach. Nice dinner at Popponesset Inn. Highly recommend

Cape Cod Much Needed Vacation

The property was very neat. It was easy to get to by way of CT, PA & OH. Although the weather could have been much better -- we managed to have a good time. We ran out of propane on Thurs. eve. so we spent more more on dinner for 11 people. We were disappointed with the location of the beach. We are use to parking across from a beach so we have easy access, whether it is private or public. My husband has Parkinson so it was out of the question that he go to any of the beaches. Not sure when we will be back with the whole family. Perhaps it will be when our youngest grandson graduates from high school. Thanks a lot for the use of your home.

Summer!! Sea Memories for Me and Family!!!

We have been vacationing at Mashpee, specifically Popponesset and Seabury for about 15 years to provide the next generation with the experiences as children we had growing up. Kara and Johns home was a new venture for us. From the minute we walked into the door. of their home, we all knew that the home would give us exactly what we wanted as a family on vacation. Room for all of us to be together or find a private place to be alone. Deck amenities to gather as a family for dinners and sit outside until wee hours to reconnect with cousins who still live there. The teenagers huddling together in the game room sitting and talking with each other while playing games, taking breaks to play family games, complete puzzles and relax in the spacious living areas of the home. The local neighbors were very friendly, and welcomed us. The house was amazing, and accomodated my family completely while we made more memories to fill our hearts.. We usually hit the ground running and we did all that and could rest our heads in comfort. Kara and Johns home was a wonderful place and Kara was very resposive with a few questions I had. They provided a booklet for renters to understand the workings of the house, bathrooms on every floor, a laundry area if you needed it. Thank you Kara and John for allowing us the pleasure of vacationing in your lovely cape home. Our family vacation was wonderful!!!

Great location for family gathering

This place was the perfect location for several families to stay together during a wedding at the Popponesset Inn. The proximity to the venue was very convenient and there was ample space for 4 couples to sleep. The house was clean, check-in was easy and Kara was very responsive. The living room and back porch were lovely places for all to gather, and we had everything we needed. We had a great weekend!

Casual Comfort in New Seabury

Great place, convenient to everything the Cape has to offer. Excellent walking trails with beach access and access to all New Seabury amenities. We had a wonderful time catching up with friends, getting in a few rounds of golf and exploring Cape Cod. The house was large, comfortable, clean and very well appointed. Highly recommended!

Great and clean!

We stayed here with our family of grandparents, adult children, and kids, and had a great time! The house was comfortable, clean, and spacious for all 11 of us. We especially loved hanging on the deck. It was helpful that the house came with linens and towels, and there were also games for the children. Kara was so easy to communicate with. We enjoyed going to the beach nearby, and the neighborhood was beautiful, however the streets weren’t conducive to taking walks or bike rides with young kids given the lack of sidewalks.

summer family vacation

we had a wonderful family vacation. There were a few issues with the A/C but they were quickly fixed. We loved the fact that the house had a finished basement for the kids and a separate den from the living room. A beautiful deck and yard for outdoor fun. Easy access to South Cape Beach but we were unable to access the Spit due to restrictions.

Cape Cod Cousins' Convention.

I chose this property primarily because my CA daughter had rented farther down the street; it turned out to be the best New Seabury rental I have made. The location is wonderful: easy to find, quiet, with ample parking and extraordinary bird-watching from the rear deck. The space and layout of the house was comfortable for everyone. Everything we could possibly need in the kitchen was supplied. There were plenty of towels--both bath and beach--hairdryers, iron, bicycles, a fire pit and a brand new monster of a grill with a side burner and smoker. The only reason I did not give 5 stars in every category is that the basement sleeping space isn't quite the bedroom in the photos. It's dark and damp unless you run the dehumidifier non-stop. But that small quibble leads me to a ten-star compliment for: THE BEDS! Every bed in the house has a new gel mattress. They are heaven: my arthritic shoulder wants me to buy one for home.

Great family retreat

We stayed with our 3 children, their spouses and 4 grandchildren ages 3,2,1 and 2 mos. the house was perfect for us. Plenty of room. Plenty of amenities and the area provided plenty to do. All in all pretty close to perfect.

Girls Getaway!

My friends and I came here for a girls weekend during the height of COVID restrictions. The house was spotless, had plenty of extra towels for the beach for us to use (even though we brought our own) and a full beautiful kitchen. We cooked all our meals in the house and spent the mornings sipping our coffee out on the deck. The walk to the beach was short and it’s a private resident beach so not many people were there as you can only bike or walk there (there is NO car parking or pick up/drop off). Kara was quick to respond when I had questions about the property. 10/10 recommendation and we already plan on booking again for next year!!

This home was just what we were looking for! Open floor plan for entertaining family and friends as well as large outdoor living space to enjoy! Bedrooms spacious! The home was very clean and we appreciated the owner providing bikes, grill, fire pit etc! Communication with owner was easy and response time to questions was prompt! Highly recommend this home!

Girls Weekend Away

This house was perfect for our annual girls weekend away. Everyone just loved it. First impression was how clean it was. It looked just liked the photos. Because of Hurricane Dorian we were forced to stay inside instead of being able to enjoy the great spacious deck, but the living room and kitchen was large enough that 10 of us never felt cramped. The kitchen was fully stock with every type of pan or serving platter needed. Beds were very comfortable. The area was great. Shopped at the Market Place and Mashpee Commons. Also the Popponesset Inn was a great place for an appetizer and drink. I can’t say enough about Kara the owner . She was awesome. She was very timely on answering any questions we had. I would, (actually all 10 of us would) highly recommend this home for your vacation in New Seabury. Thank you again Kara! Kathy

The house is large, clean and includes pamphlets and directions to the attractions in the area.

We had everything we needed and more for an enjoyable visit. The house was clean, well stocked and had lots of extras. We enjoyed the games and books that are for all age groups( there is something for everyone) our seven year old grandson cried when we left because he loved it there and didn't want to leave. He even left a thank you note thanking the owners for allowing us to stay. We will definitely stay again if we are ever in the area.
