A lovely, bright ground floor apartment with views of Swanage Pier. Situated in an elevated position within walking distance of the town, the sandy beach, the Downs and to Durlston Country Park. The Retreat is a delightful one bedroom apartment providing room for four - with use of the sofa bed in the lounge - the perfect base to explore the fabulous Jurassic coast.


Bedroom: 1) King Size bed (Zip & Link - can be twins upon request), views of the pier, built in wardrobes. * Double sofa bed in the lounge


Bathrooms: Shower room, with walk in shower, wash hand basin, electric heated towel rail and W.C and illuminated mirror.


Kitchen/Diner: Electric fan oven and hob, undercounter fridge with freezer box, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster. CD player and CD's. Large window with views of Swanage Bay. Round dining table with seating for four plus child's highchair.


Living room: Comfortable 2 seater sofa bed , matching armchair, flat screen TV, DVD player. Large picture windows with views of Swanage Bay.
