Scope out the best eateries on your doorstep, such as the Dunstanburgh Castle Hotel located right across the road, then saunter along the picturesque, dune-backed shores of Embleton Bay, 500 metres. Venture North to Bamburgh, 7.5 miles, and spot the impressive castle ruins or trial the local delicacy of smoked kippers. Try your luck at the Dunstanburgh Castle Golf Club which was voted in the top 200 of courses in the UK, or sample locally sourced meats and goods at The Village Farm Shop.


This is a beautifully restored 1833 church boasting light-flooded rooms, original craftsmanship features, and contemporary touches.
