This home is the quintessential beach retreat. Highlights include White oak wood floors, Carrara tile, quartz counter tops, top of the line appliances & vaulted ceilings. Great for entertaining, the large living room is surrounded by period double hung windows that drench the house w/sunlight. A formal dining room great for any soirée or large family gathering. The kitchen family room combo features an exposed trestle ceiling, a cozy fireplace & a spectacular kitchen w/ tons of counter space. The back patio has been lushly landscaped & is anchored by a great fire pit, great for hanging out & dining alfresco on all those great sunny So Cal days. With details at every turn, this home exudes charm and character w/ 5 star amenities!
This 2 story beach house comes fully furnished and has a fully stocked kitchen. We provide towels, beach towels and toiletries.
Please be aware that the street is located on a pedestrian walkway with two flight of stairs leading to the beach. There is no parking on the premises. Beach lot parking is 150 ft away from the house.
We provide ONE beach lot parking permit and it is not a reserved spot. Parking is first come, first serve and can be limited during peak season and times.
We highly recommend Uber or Lyft. A trip to Hollywood or Downtown LA would only be $15-20 fare.
The City of Santa Monica has one of the most extensive transit networks among Cities of its size. Rent a Breeze Bike Share, ride the Big Blue Bus or take Metro/Expo Line. Metro will travel all the way to DTLA!
Guests have full access to the house and the outdoor spaces.

Each bedroom comes with one bed. The 2nd floor shares one bath. The first floor has two baths. The master suite is located on the first floor and has it's own private bath with walk-in closet.

TVs are located in the entertainment room next to the kitchen, the master suite and sun porch bedroom.
