Immaculate 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom home in exclusive Ritz Cove community is available for one month (or more) term. Secluded cul de sac location with gated access to walk to Monarch Beach about 5 minutes and easy access to many southern California destinations. This single family home has two master suites, two additional bedrooms, a study and a den. The home is fully furnished and equipped with a chef's kitchen. Downstairs layout has a formal dining room and formal living room in addition to a family room and separate study. Two 2-car garages, outdoor entertaining / barbecue area, spa, and outdoor shower are perfect for beach living. Next to the Ritz Carlton Laguna Beach, close to golf, Orange County airport and beach destinations. House keeping services can be arranged during your stay for an additional fee.
