One of a small cluster of contemporary properties in the pretty hamlet of Nomansland, this detached house is a fabulous choice for a battery-recharging break in the beautiful mid-Devon countryside. Step into the hallway and there’s a handy cloakroom to one side; beyond, the open-plan living space has two sets of patio doors delivering uninterrupted field views and filling the room with light. Two comfortable sofas, a Smart TV and wood burner set the scene for laid-back lounging, while to the rear of the room the Shaker-style kitchen is a lovely space in which to cook; low-level units create an uncluttered feel, which is enhanced by a round dining table and bentwood chairs.
