Entire Two-Bedroom Semi-Detached Echo-friendly AA-Grade House

This modern, open-plan two-bedroom home offers a comfortable and stylish base for your stay in Exeter and the Topsham area. The house features a contemporary bathroom with a bath, shower, toilet and sink, as well as a downstairs cloakroom with WC.

Located in a quiet residential area just off the M5 (J30), the property sits conveniently between Exeter and Topsham. Public transport is excellent, with bus stops only a two-minute walk away and the local train station just four minutes on foot. Exeter city centre is approximately 3.5 miles away, Topsham is 2 miles away, and the Exeter Chiefs Rugby Stadium is less than 1 mile from the house.

The home offers two comfortable bedrooms:

You’ll be spoilt for choice with beautiful local walking and cycle routes. Nearby Topsham is known for its stunning estuary views, pubs, cafés and restaurants—perfect for a leisurely day out.

Rugby fans will appreciate being within walking distance of Exeter Chiefs Stadium.

Transport links are excellent, with frequent trains and buses to Exeter and the surrounding areas, and easy access to the M5 and Exeter Airport.

All major supermarket chains deliver to our door if you want food during your stay, and there are many local, independent, tasty places in the village of Topsham to get supplies, including Dart's Farm (rated the best farm shop in the UK). For eating out, you are spoilt for choice with brilliant, award-winning restaurants in the village of Topsham.

This property is best suited to families, couples, or mature guests seeking a quiet and respectful stay. It is not suitable for stag groups, party groups, or bookings where the primary purpose is social gatherings.

A lovely house, modern clean in a perfect location, close to the motorway and Ikea. The garden is super lovely too! Perfect property, clean and the check in was also great. Will definitely come here again next time I’m in Exeter .
