Apartment in the city center located next to a large tree-lined promenade and leisure area, where exhibitions and cultural events are held. It is 5 minutes from the historic center, very close to the Congress Palace and near shopping centers (El Corte Inglés, supermarkets...), bars, and restaurants. It has plenty of natural light and a large balcony with views of Sierra Nevada. It consists of 3 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, and bathroom. It has everything needed for a pleasant stay: fully equipped kitchen, furniture, bed and bath linens, Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, heating...
