A great villa in a good location. Katelios is very laid back and it is our third visit to this area. Walking distance to the beach and excellent tavernas. Bakery and supermarket near by too. Lots of inside and outside space and a lovely pool. A well equipped kitchen. Some areas are showing signs of age but a good villa to relax in.

Great for a mixed group

We stayed as a mix of couples and found the villa worked very well. Comfortable bedrooms, good shared space and a pool that everyone enjoyed.

Everything we needed.

Villa Kostis isnt flashy, but its very comfortable and practical. The garden and pool were great for relaxing afternoons, and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Lovely property and location within Katelios is perfect. The pool is a brilliant size and plenty of comfortable sunbeds. Parking super easy too compared to some of the small driveways we’ve had in previous Greek island properties. The rooms were spacious and air conditioning a blessing during our particularly hot stay. The other two properties positioned nearby were within earshot but didn’t feel like we were overlooked. Only slight niggle (and hence why not a higher review) was that the villa is a little tired and could use some updating. Also simple things like a dishwasher tablet and a cleaning sponge would have been good too. Also no bread knife or chopping board which I had to request. Like I said, small things but I would expect this as a minimum to be included within the cost. On the whole, we would still recommend a stay there.

Great Location Without the Noise

We liked being slightly set back from the centre while still being able to walk to the beach and restaurants. The villa felt calm and private, especially in the evenings.

A Comfortable Villa - and we will return

Villa Kostis struck the perfect balance for us. Quiet and relaxing, but still close enough to walk into Katelios for meals and supplies. Very comfortable and easy to enjoy.

Perfect from Day One

The villa felt welcoming and well organised as soon as we arrived. Plenty of space, good air-conditioning and a lovely pool area with views over the hills.

The villa is in great location - a short walk from the beach, restaurants and shops in Ketalios. It has a wonderful pool and outdoor area that is private and not overlookedThe villa itself is a little tired but we expected that from the photos and the reviews but it was comfortable. For 6 adults, the kitchen area and worktop space is very small and not very well stocked - there were no sharp knives for example which made cutting bread very difficult.The showers have just a curtain which doesn't reach the floor so the floor in both bathrooms is soaking wet after someone has a shower. The rooms are though a decent size. We had an issue with the air conditioning in one of the rooms - it didn't work. We reported it to EOS Villas when we arrived at 4.30pm but being a Saturday it wasn't great timing. There is a local lady who came to check everything was ok on the Sunday morning who tried to help. Without going into too much detail there was a lot of wrong information being passed back to us from the office and it took some phone calls with a manager to finally sort. The local lady was lovely and bought a fan for us to use in the meantime. A new air con unit was finally fitted on the Friday. We were compensated for the lack of air con and sincere apologies from the manager but it was a shame that it took so much hassling to sort
