Set within St Andrews Lodge Park, it offers a peaceful countryside setting with the historic town of St Andrews, its beaches, golf courses, restaurants and coastal walks just a short drive away.

Inside, the open plan living space is designed for relaxed holiday stays. Full height windows and French doors frame the views beyond, while a large corner sofa, cosy armchair and feature fireplace create a comfortable place to unwind after a day exploring St Andrews and the East Neuk. There is also a smart TV, fast Wi Fi and a sofa bed for added flexibility.

The fully equipped kitchen runs the length of the lodge and is ideal for self catering breaks, with a gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, along with cookware, crockery, glasses and everyday essentials. A dining table for four sits beside the window, perfect for easy breakfasts, family meals or a quiet evening in.

Sleeping up to four guests, the lodge has a bright main bedroom with plenty of storage and a comfortable twin room, making it well suited to families, couples or friends. There is a modern shower room, with towels and hotel style linens provided, as well as central heating throughout for year round comfort.

Outside, the private deck with glass balustrade makes the most of the open outlook, with patio furniture for morning coffee, evening drinks or simply enjoying the changing light across the fields. Open air parking is available beside the lodge, and guests can enjoy the relaxed setting of St Andrews Lodge Park while staying within easy reach of St Andrews, the coast and the wider East Neuk of Fife.
