Our stay was great. The location was good and the area was quiet. We were there during the extreme heat wave and the fans that were there helped a lot. The shower setup made for daily flooding and we didn’t have many towels. I would say having to leave our bags across town was somewhat inconvenient, but it ended up being fine. It was a little hard to find the place on the first day because of the labelling of the address but the building was nice. The restaurants and shopping nearby were all excellent. Overall 4 stars. AC and more pillows and towels would have made a big difference.

The location was very convenient and the apartment was very comfortable. We wanted to experience the quietness of the 6th arrondissement and we really got that. The apartment owner was very kind and responsive. Made it very easy for us. Close (walking distance) to both metro station and some important tourist attractions . Just one area of improvement suggestion. The two shower areas are a bit small and at times gets tricky. Rest is all perfect. I would definitely like to stay here again.

This property was significantly misrepresented, and the experience was one of the worst we have had while traveling.The listing advertised king-size beds, yet the beds provided were actually double beds. Before our trip, I sent multiple messages through the listing to clarify details about the property, but those inquiries were ignored.Upon arrival, a cleaning person was still at the apartment and let us in. The unit was extremely hot with no air conditioning, the sofa bed had no sheets, and there were bugs on the mattress. I have photographs and videos documenting the issues.When we attempted to contact Belvilla, no one answered our calls or messages. We then contacted VRBO for assistance. Based on the condition of the property and the discrepancies between the listing and the actual accommodations, we determined that the unit was not suitable or safe for us to stay. To make matters worse, the front door lock was broken. We spent approximately two hours trying unsuccessfully to reach the property manager and resolve the situation. We ultimately left the property with VRBO's approval, who sited the condition as unsafe.VRBO informed us that Belvilla would be issuing a refund. More than two weeks later, we have received neither a refund nor any meaningful communication from Belvilla. Our messages have gone unanswered or been replied to by an AI response not related to the request. VRBO advised us to dispute the charges with our bank. What a mess!
