With its 2 large bedrooms (sleeps 4), its spacious 30m2 living room with working fireplace, and tasteful furnishings, you can only have a good stay in this apartment where we like to spend time and have looked after the decoration and thought about it practicality. What a wonderful stay! We loved every minute and wished we could have stayed longer.The apartment was well appointed and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was perfectly Parisian - lots of restaurants, shops, as well as a couple of markets to buy any daily needs for food, drink, etc..

This place is a perfect location for easily seeing Paris. Property managers were very responsive and helpful in every way. They made our stay easy and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

The perfect Paris apartment

What a wonderful place to stay. The neighborhood is great. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants as well as scenic sites. The apartment itself is spacious and cozy. Bedrooms are a great size. The kitchen has everything you need. I would stay at this place again anytime loved it!

Lovely apartment in typically Parisian left bank neighborhood

We had a great week in this lovely and charming apartment. It was especially nice to return to this calm location after a busy day on crowded streets and museums. We love the neighborhood with so many nice restaurants and cafes. We hope to return!

Perfect apartment

Even Better than the photos!

My son and I spent six night in this beautiful apartment. The photos don’t do it justice! It has two very spacious bedrooms with the most beautiful antiques and sumptuous linens.The kitchen is a little bit small, but has everything you need to be comfortable and even cook yourself meals. Microwave, toaster, espresso, machine, and more..Living room /dining area is cozy yet roomy. Again, the decor is so exquisitely French and authentic. I am so glad I chose this apartment over some of the more modern looking ones.The neighborhood is quiet, safe and has several really nice cafés and small markets. It’s also very close to several different metro stops so you can pretty much get anywhere you need to easily. The only caution I would give is that if you have difficulty with stairs, there are two flights of circular stairs to climb to Get to the apartment. .

Nice and comfortable

Fairly centrally located for what we needed. Property manager is a jewel. We had a bit of a communication mixup at the beginning, but it was quickly resolved by owner. Very quick communication from both owner and property manager. Comfortable apartment and it was spacious. There is no elevator, but even with all our luggage, it wasn’t a big deal. All in all, a very nice stay.

Wonderful location and charming, comfortable apartment

We truly enjoyed our stay here. Convenient location for seeing Paris sites, eating out, stores, transportation. Neighborhood is mostly locals, not tourist hotels. The apartment was well stocked, charming and comfortable. Communication prior to arrival was prompt although some challenge with translation to English. The check in process was a a little confusing due again to different language but all worked out. There is some construction going on in the building apartment is in and also in the courtyard but was not a problem to us during our stay.

Good quiet location

Very quiet and wonderful neighborhood. Spacious apartment that needs some work. Stuffing coming out of chair and lighting very poor in living area and bedroom. Washing machine leaves clothes soaking wet. Bathroom needs to be thoroughly cleaned. Mold in the corners.

The apartment was very clean and well supplied. The location was excellent for our agenda. Lots of cute cafes and small shops. The "grocery store" in the neighborhood was far and away the best I'd ever been to. The complex courtney was about the only negative attribute. It lacked a polished look and needed some landscaping and picking up. I did notice some renovation work in progress. Overall we were very satisfied!! Thank you

A great experience

A completely charming apartment. We really felt like we were in Paris: large windows that open, a courtyard, bright, airy, beautifully furnished and decorated. It was larger than we expected. The apartment was very clean, and the kitchen fully appointed. Daca, the property manager, is fabulous. We arrived around 10:30 at night, and I had misread the gate entry code, so we couldn't get in. I contacted Daca and she was there within minutes, cheerful and helpful the whole time. The owner was also very gracious. He sent clear entry instructions well ahead of our stay. I cannot say anything negative about our stay. If this property is available, book it.

No frills apartment in an older building

The owner is very nice and accommodating. As we were arriving early, he instructed the local lady who manages the property to let us in early. She did her best to accommodate our needs, though communication can be a challenge if you don't speak French. While the location of the home is in one of the prime neighborhoods, the complex is pretty old, pretty empty and with limited amenities (e.g., missed AC on hot days). While they do their best to keep the property clean, it is just an old, run down apartment and complex. You have to carry the luggage up the stairs in a windy staircase. Also, it seemed like the metro wasn't as close as we thought (could have been where we were going).

Comfortable apartment in great location

Pros: We (three adults) enjoyed our stay at this apartment. We appreciated the two bedrooms and extra space it provided. The location was within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, the Catacombs, Notre Dame, Luxembourg Gardens, the Musay d’Orsay, etc. Access to the metro was also convenient. Cons: The apartment was not ready until around 5:30pm even though check in was at 4:00. There is a narrow, winding staircase which could prove challenging to guests with mobility issues. There was quite a bit of noise from outside (bells, neighborhood chatter). This probably wouldn’t be an issue in cooler months, but we needed the windows open during our July stay. We also had WiFi issues that took some time to correct, but the owner was prompt to reply.

Fantastic apartment in a great neighborhood!

We were looking specifically in this area of Paris as we have stayed here before and really liked the combination of good restaurants, shopping and quiet atmosphere. The apartment was just wonderful. It is near a lot of attractions but also quiet with a friendly feel and great restaurants and shopping right in the area. There are 2-3 metro stops within a short 2-4 block radius of the apartment. The apartment is an old, historic and authentic place with a sense of a lot of history. It is on an amazing interior courtyard area and on the 2nd floor. The only caution is I don't think the building had an elevator, but we had small bags so not a big deal. The apartment is full of antiques, paintings and has lots of historic character like the big windows that permit a lot of light into the unit. The apartment is a nice and spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bath with small kitchen. It has everything you might need if you want to cook inside the apartment. The owner and his on-site representative were great to work with and communication was easy and complete. We highly recommend this place in you want to stay in the 6th in Paris...

I feel like I hit the jackpot! You never know exactly if a VRBO will meet your expectations, but this apartment in Paris EXCEEDED ours - in every way. The location couldn't be better with wonderful cafes, restaurants and shops just steps away. The owner and concierge couldn't be more attentive - and the apartment was just lovely. From the moment we entered through the gate and walked into the beautiful courtyard, we knew that we made the right decision!

Location of this rental was prime, close to Metro and easy walking distance to many attractions. Check-in was a bit late due ro a family emergency and unit was lacking a few necessities such as toilet paper, however remedied by owner quickly. Would stay at this VRBO again if back in Paris.

Excellent location

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. It is a very quaint apartment in a very quiet street within walking distances to a few Metro stations and eating places. Great communications with Daca and we were very fortunate to check in early.Highly recommend.and will stay again.
