We arrived to a beautiful, well cared for home. The owners were informative, available and checked in to make sure that everything was up to our expectations. The entire community is private and quiet, but also a short drive to Camden and Rockland. The road on this private "island" allows for a great 2 ½ mile walk. The pictures of the home on VRBO are exactly what you see when you arrive; what they can't relay are the sights and sounds of the bay and the surrounding nature.We would highly recommend a stay here and plan on finding time to return ourselves.

Fabulous. Fabulous. Fabulous.

Island Time is like a movie set: high ceilings, full sized windows looking out on the islands and ocean, gourmet kitchen. Rackliff Island is stunningly beautiful and quiet, even though it’s only 15 minutes to Rockland and 25 minutes to Camden. We would never choose to stay a anywhere else in Mid-Coast Maine.
