The apartment is located on the ground floor of a newly renovated, century-old barn.

The apartment is 46 square meters and has its own private terrace directly on the water.

The apartment features: a living/dining room with television; a kitchen with refrigerator/freezer; induction cooktop; combination oven; dishwasher; coffee maker; and kettle. There is a bedroom (sleeps 2); a shower with sink; and a separate toilet.

The bedroom has a double bed (which can be separated into two single beds). The living room also has a single bed (90 x 2.00 m, which can be converted into two single beds).

The apartment has a separate entrance. You can access the boat directly from the private shoreline. The apartment offers a beautiful view of Sloten (the waterways) and the small, water-rich nature reserve known as "Realm of 1000 Islands." The apartment has central heating.
