Cozy Navigli Loft - One Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 2

Welcome to the heart of Navigli!
This small 20 m² studio, recently renovated, is the perfect base for those who want to experience Milan up close... indeed, very close: the Darsena dei Navigli is right in front of you! Ideal for a young couple or two friends looking for an authentic experience in the most vibrant area of the city.
The studio is located on the third floor (with elevator) of a typical Milanese building with a balcony, from which you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of the city and the Navigli canals: the perfect place for a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at sunset.
Inside you will find a single welcoming environment, equipped with air conditioning, with a living area and equipped kitchen (induction stove, refrigerator, kettle and coffee machine), table for two, an armchair and a cot that can be used as a second bed. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet and sink.
Through some stairs you go up to the loft where the bed (120x190 cm) is located, ideal for a person or a couple who like to sleep close by. The loft is low and the last three steps are vertical: for this reason, the studio is more suitable for young guests who are used to agile movements.

City Tax: € 9,50 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 14 nights
Tourist tax: 🏷️ TOURIST TAX
In accordance with local regulations, the Municipality may apply a tourist tax.
The tax must be paid prior to check-in, during the online registration process. The amount is calculated automatically by the system after entering the guest details.
Failure to pay the tourist tax, if applicable, may result in the cancellation of the reservation, as it is a mandatory requirement set by the Municipality. Check-in: Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.
