House with private pool and indoor pool near Orvieto and Bolsena

The property has been completely renovated from 2023 to 2025 and will be available for rent for holidays starting from 2026. Beside the renovation of the main house a 12 by 5 meter outdoor pool has been added, an extra bedroom with bathroom and an small indoor pool/hot tub of 3 by 1.5 meter have been added using the caves that were present next to the house. The renovation was carried out with great care, using materials typical of the area. The whole garden is fenced and there is place to park 2/3 cars on the property. There are in total 3 bedrooms, each with own bathroom, for a total of 7 sleeps. All the rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Outside the house there is a large gazebo equipped with kitchen area (gas grill, hob with 5 burners, washbasin, dishwasher), table and chairs for 7. The house has on the ground floor a living/dining room with cooking corner, bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom. On the first floor there is a second bedroom with doube bed, single sofa bed and en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom with en-suite bathroom has been obtained using one of the caves near the house (no indoor connection with the house). Baby cot and highchair also available. The property lies halfway between the well known city of Orvieto and the Bolsena lake and it's charming villages. Beside the lake and Orvieto there are many nice villages to visit in the surroundings (Civita di Bagnoregio, Todi, Montepulciano, Tuscania,...) and it lies in a en excellent positioned to visit Umbria, southern Tuscany, Rome and northern Lazio. Siena and Rome are both at 1h30 driving and the sand beaches of Tarquinia are at 1 hour driving (the well known area of Argentario is at 1h20 driving). Highway and train station at 10 minutes driving. It lies around 10 kms from the well known city of Orvieto and 10 Kms from the lake of Bolsena. The trainstation of Orvieto Scalo is 12 Kms far away. If you want to visit Rome and Florence, the trip is of around 1h30. The nearest shops (supermarket and some other) are in village of Torre San Severo (2 kms from the property). More shops and supermarkets are available in Porano and Bolsena (both at 10 kms). There is a big supermarket close to the highway exit at Orvieto, this is open all the days (also on Sunday) until 20h. Nearest restaurants: Il bosco del pesce 1 km far away from the property, Il conte at 2,5 km, Fuorimano at 3,5 km. Other restaurants we advice: Il boccone del prete (close to Porano, very characteristic in a cave), Il corsica and La Palomba in the historic center of the city of Orvieto. Nearest golf courses: Acquapendente Golf Club at 15 Kms, the Golf Club Nazionale Resort is 70 Kms far away.

HOUSE: Ground floor: dining/living room with cooking corner, bedroom with double bed (it’s possible to add here a baby cot) and ensuite bathroom with toilet and shower. First floor: bedroom with double bed and single sofa bed, en-suite bathroom with toilet and shower.

House, garden and pool are for private use of the tenant.
The pool is open from end April to end October.
Indoor pool / hot tub is always available and heated (use is on request and for a fee)

The rental prices include:

Additional charges to pay on spot:
-(mandatory) Final cleaning Euro 120
-(on demand) heating 30 euro daily
-(on demand) use of hot tub/indoor pool (from 50 euro for half day to 300 euro weekly)
-Stay tax 2,2 euro per person/night (max 5 nights charged). Free for children under 12yo
