Idyllic Scandinavian holiday home for 10 guests, set on a large, sunny 2,030 m² plot with plenty of space for outdoor activities and relaxation. Fully renovated in 2024/2025, the 143 m² house is bright, functional and welcoming, surrounded by a landscaped garden.



The house offers an entrance hall, utility room with washer and dryer, two modern bathrooms with showers, and four spacious bedrooms (three double beds and one with two singles). The open-plan kitchen connects to the living area with a U-shaped sofa and dining table for 10. Conservatory with access to terrace and garden. Underfloor heating and air conditioning.



The annex includes two extra sleeping places and games.



Located close to Marielyst’s award-winning beach and charming town centre with shops and restaurants. A perfect choice for comfort, space and a great location.

Det er et rigtig skønt hus, som ligger i gåafstand til stranden og byen.

Det er et rigtig skønt hus, som ligger i gåafstand til stranden og byen. Vi havde en uge med dejligt vejr, så alle måltider blev spist ude. Værelserne havde en hyggelig badehotel-stemning. Huset var veludstyret i køkkenet. Der var flere brætspil og havespil som vi benyttede os af. Meget stor have, hvor der var mulighed for at spille fodbold. Haven var indhegnet, hvilket betød, at vores hund rendte frit udenfor. Aircon i stuen blev brugt, da det var meget varmt. Det eneste vi manglede var havemøbler, så man kan spise aftensmad på fliseterrassen i aftensolen. Vi løftede havebordet frem og tilbage, så vi både kunne spise morgenmad og aftensmad i solen. Vi havde en dejlig uge i huset.
