With private rear garden, parking and coastal themes throughout, this three bedroom property is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac and is only a short walk to Abersoch's beaches, shops, pubs, golf club and restaurants.


All of the amenities of Abersoch can be reached in less than half a mile. These include - local independent shops in the village, places to eat and pubs such as; The Lobster Pot, Crust, Zinc, St Tudwals Inn, Vaynol and many more. With so much to see and do in Abersoch, you wont have to go far! From watersports including surfing, sailing, coasteering and paddle boarding and local golf courses including Abersoch Golf Club within walking distance. From the property you can reach the Wales Coastal Path for stunning walks and cycles.

En Suite: Fully tiled with electric shower, wash hand basin with mirror and shelf above, WC and heated towel rail.

- Bedroom 2: Double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside units and large circular mirror, with window overlooking rear garden.

- Bedroom 3: Two full size single beds with bedside table, wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror and views to the front garden.
