About this property
1 Bed in Cynwyl Elfed (oc-d27577)
Whisk your loved one away for a rural stay in Carmarthen with your very own private hot tub to enjoy in the well-cared-for enclosed garden. Take a day trip south to Carmarthen (7 miles) and you can explore the River Tywi, Carmarthen Bay and Carmarthen Castle on your travels, as well as visit the weekly markets on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
The open-plan living room/kitchen/diner is a bright room with plenty of space for you to sprawl out and relax on the sofa in front of the log burner after a day of adventure. Featuring a gorgeous log burner in the corner, this space makes for relaxing. In the kitchen, you can sit up at the breakfast bar with your morning coffee, or serve up a home-cooked meal on the dining table for two, located by the patio doors. When night falls, the blissful double bedroom offers a comfortable place to rest your head, with an en-suite shower room for convenience. Extending the living space outside, the garden is full of life with complete privacy from the rest of the smallholding. Here you can dine alfresco on the table and chairs or sink into bubbling bliss in the hot tub and watch the stars sparkle above you; a perfect way to end the day. During the festive period, a Christmas Tree and decorations are put up in the property for all to enjoy.
For meals out and leisurely afternoons perusing the independent shops, head to Newcastle Emlyn (5 miles) to immerse yourself in the local culture. Whilst you’ll be surrounded by blissful countryside, the coast is still within easy reach, with the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park 23 miles away. From Cardigan (22 miles), you can join the Pembrokeshire Coast Path for an invigorating walk with beautiful, rugged scenery, or from Fishguard (30 miles) you can take the 6-mile walk to Strumble Head Lighthouse for panoramic views of the ocean.
