The Coach House in Budock Water near Falmouth, Cornwall, sleeps four guests in two bedrooms.
The Coach House consists of a kitchen/diner with oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine, and a sitting room with TV and DVD player. The bedrooms include one double with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, and one twin, serviced by a bathroom with bath, double basin and WC. Outside, there is a shared garden with lawn and play equipment, EV charging and off-road parking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.8 miles, pub 0.1 miles. The Coach House is a charming base for exploring Cornwall. Note: Guests have access to hotel lounge, bar, and restaurant. Note: there is a Good Housekeeping Bond of 250 GBP
