Corso Italia 7 is located in the central area of the town near the New Tourist Port of San Vincenzo. The apartment is part of a 4-storey building served by a lift; in front of the building we find the panoramic terrace with sea view and equipped with games for children. From this street in addition to the Tourist Port there is direct access to the Pedestrian area, nearby we find the main services and 250 meters away we find the Conad City supermarket.
In Corso Italia no. 7, in a very central location, we rent a two-level apartment located on the third floor of a building with elevator.
The apartment consists of a separate kitchen with a small balcony and a service bathroom (without shower) on the lower level, and on the upper level a bedroom with a full bathroom and a small pocket terrace.
AMENITIES: cooktop, refrigerator with freezer, small electric oven, microwave oven, Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee machine, TV, small 3 kg washing machine, air conditioning on the upper floor.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: The apartment accommodates 5 guests, with one double bed, two single beds, and a sofa bed in the living room.
