The holiday apartment "Haus Wolgastsee" is located on Usedom, in the sunniest region of Germany, directly on the Achterwasser/Balmer See lake. Approximately 72 m² in size, it features a living/dining room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms each with an LED TV, and two bathrooms. Underfloor heating is provided in the bathrooms. The south-facing, sheltered balcony, bathed in sunshine from morning till evening, offers a beautiful view. The balcony is furnished with chairs, a table, and a parasol for four people.
