The rooftop patio is shared with 1 other unit but we have it set up so that you have four two-hour time slots to use the rooftop patio and hot tub privately throughout the day, without anybody else up there.

A nice place to stay

We enjoyed our time at this property. It had everything we needed to cook when we wanted, to hang out when we wanted and was still close enough to downtown to be a quick car ride to everywhere we wanted to go. We only had two cars, so street parking was okay.

This home is built with no detail spared. It's our personal home and we built it with all the bells and whistles! Tile, hardwood, wood and steel are everywhere. The master shower is enormous and has 2 showerheads, the rooftop patio has views of Longs Peak and first floor layout is perfect for spending time together as a family.
