You’ll love my place because of the incredible new construction, the shared ooftop patio featuring a hot tub and views of the Rocky Mountains, and because it's in the best location in all of Fort Collins! We put our money where our mouth is and have invested in making the property carbon-neutral and powered by renewables.This is Fort Collins' premiere vacation rental!

Family Time

Beautiful, comfortable, very clean and close to Old Town! We loved having enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone including the 1 1/2 year old. Having access to the hot tub was nice also! Eric was great about communicating which was appreciated!! Our family came from IL, CA and WA and we hope to comeback!!

We loved our stay here. Easy walk to town along Poudre River. Great views from roof. House was very clean. Owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had.

Spacious Comfort

Plenty of space to relax and enjoy this home away from home. Communication from the host was timely and informative. Check in was super easy! Hot tub controls could use some attention, but the home was excellent overall.

Nice home w lots of space

The amount of space is great for families though a more well appointed kitchen to cook for 10 would have been nice. Easy street parking and didn’t realized hot tub was only free at certain times and never after 9p but otherwise, our large family enjoyed the stay and felt safe.

We were very comfortable at this property. The location is great! Great communication with the owner. Side Note: There is a ton of silverware in a hidden drawer above the glasses. Keep looking. 5 of us had 3 spoons the entire stay. We found all the silverware on the last day. HA HA. I highly recommend this property!

Fort Collins stay

We had a fun experience at this house. Very close to downtown Fort Collins and almost across the street from human bean coffee house, which is a drive-through. The parking could be a little tricky because the garage is being used by the owners for storage. The house has a great basement that has a full bedroom and full bath and also a daybed plus large U-shaped sofa and big TV. Very large and usable space. They had a nice rooftop hot tub which we did not use but look like it could have been fun. There is a schedule for use of the hot tub because you share it with another house. We would definitely use this house again on our next visit to Fort Collins

This was a great location for a family wedding weekend in Old Town Fort Collins! Our 3 generations had the right amount of space for 6 adults and 2 children. Loved the convenience, the walkability, the vibe.

Fantastic FoCo Find!

Spacious and spectacular, this place has it all! Tons of room to spread out for a family gathering but still cozy enough for a smaller gathering with large kitchen island and the warmth of the fireplace. Lots of natural light, professional decor and lighting, warm blankets and fluffy towels. Collectively, you feel like you are at a luxury mountain resort! We’ll be back!!

A nice place to stay

We enjoyed our time at this property. It had everything we needed to cook when we wanted, to hang out when we wanted and was still close enough to downtown to be a quick car ride to everywhere we wanted to go. We only had two cars, so street parking was okay.

Convenient location for us to easily get to Fort Collins and Loveland, with a nice open living space for the group to reconvene after our days out and about. Host was very responsive when contacted regarding a few items we needed to have addressed.

This was a wonderful house for our large family to celebrate Christmas! Old Town North is very accessible to Old town where there are so many options of dining, shopping and activities. The house was stocked with essentials like trash bags, laundry detergent and a well stocked kitchen as far as cookware. I'd stay again!

This home is built with no detail spared. It's our personal home and we built it with all the bells and whistles! Tile, hardwood, wood and steel are everywhere. The master shower is enormous and has 2 showerheads, the rooftop patio has views of Longs Peak and first floor layout is perfect for spending time together as a family.
