JUST REOPENED AFTER SEVERAL YEARS!

This is a fabulous family with who we enjoyed hosting and getting to know a little better. We would highly recommend these guests to other homeowners in the market with Vrbo and renting their home as a vacation rental. We've been very fortunate with the caliber of clients staying at our home. In 15 years and this is one of the most used vacation rentals in Southern California. We've only had three or for issues with guests in the hundreds who have enjoyed our property. Three groups who tried to double the legal occupancy laws mandated by the city of San Clemente. The city strictly enforces their no tolerance for occupancy and noise. Therefore we have to strictly enforce the pool hours and backyard noise. Or we lose our permit. So we have no party, no wedding rehearsal dinners. no groups outside of the contracted guest. We just let people know ahead of time if you want to throw a party to choose a different venue. The other person was involved with our Temporary property manager and after communication regarding their concerns, we disassociated our trail relationship with the property manager. And then every once and a while you just get someone who is Insatiable. We have made friends with many folks who revisit us regularly on long term stays from all over the seven continents of the world. It is so refreshing and exciting to meet all created in the image of God and their cultures. We are huge fans of families whose kids enjoy our state of the art pool, spa, and slide.
