This house is unique because it is an ocean view, newly built home between 2 surfing beaches just a short walk away. Once you are down at the beach, there is a wonderful beach trail great for walking, running and riding bikes. The house is also close to the downtown area with great shops and restaurants. Although this house is meticulously maintained, it is also very kid-friendly and would be good for multi-families.

Just completed is our 3rd story, panoramic ocean and sunset view deck!!! Enjoy our brand new Jacuzzi hot tub, situated on the deck, that seats 6 and has a lounger with a back and foot massage built in. Also on the deck is a double lounge chair great for reading a book and soaking in the sun.

The outside of the house has been beautifully landscaped with over 15 different varieties of David Austin roses and a white arbor welcoming you to your stay.

This is not a beach shack, this is a gorgeous 2400 sq. foot custom home that was just built in 2009 with Restoration Hardware style kitchen equipped with Viking appliances, soapstone counter tops, farmhouse sink and chilled, purified water faucet. The home has surround-sound speakers, rustic wood floors throughout and is decorated in a Pottery Barn/ Coastal Living Magazine style. Master bedroom has very comfortable king size bed, flat screen television, and cozy 2-sided fireplace that is also enjoyed while soaking in the vintage style pedestal tub. Second bedroom has pillow top queen size mattress and shares a lovely bath with 3rd bedroom. Charming 3rd bedroom has twin bunk beds with an additional twin trundle bed. Office is fully equipped with wireless internet access.

Included in Stay:
Bath towels, beach towels, luxurious bed linens, down pillows, robes, toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, soap, bubble bath, candles), hair dryer, coffee maker (with Starbucks coffee grounds), children’s toys, 2 boogie boards, and 1 surfboard. There is an outdoor shower to remove the sand from your feet before going in the house or to just enjoy an outdoor shower.

Sunbathe at the nearby beaches just a short walk away, surf or boogie board at some of the world renowned surf spots such at Trestles, T-Street and Salt Creek, go fishing off the local pier, soak your toes and search for crabs at Laguna Beach tide pools, indulge your appetite at some of the finest restaurants, play at nearby amusement parks such as Disneyland, Knots Berry Farm, Legoland, San Diego Zoo, and Sea World, and walk through beautiful gardens at the world renowned Descanso Gardens and Huntington Library.
