A nice, clean place in an excellent downtown San Clemente location. It’s an easy walk to the beach and downtown restaurants. They also provide everything you need, both at the property and for the beach, including wagons, beach chairs, bikes, body boards, and more. We loved it so much that we stayed a few extra days.

Staying a few extra days is the best compliment there is, Phoenix! We're so glad the easy walk to the beach and downtown, plus the wagons, bikes, and body boards, made it hard to leave. We'd love to have you back, Cathy

Great location and all the amenities you could need! This was our second year renting and we had another great time! The condo is very spacious and the backyard with hot tub was our perfect end to each day. The hosts were amazing and so helpful with all the questions we had concerning places to eat, shop, and best ways to travel to other areas. I love that everything you need is walkable from the condo. We enjoyed walking to the beach every morning, grabbing a coffee and watching the surfers. I can’t say enough about this spot. I look forward to my next return.

Two years running, Robin; we love that! Ending each day in the hot tub in that backyard and starting the next with coffee and surfers is San Clemente at its best. We're so glad our recommendations helped too. See you for year three, Pete & Cathy

Our semi-annual girls trip in Catalina was too hot and air conditioning was not available anywhere. So, we decided to head back to the mainland early & were so fortunate to book this condo at the last minute. The property is very well maintained and super accommodating to the guests with beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, towels, etc. The location is perfect! Easy walking to the beach, shops and restaurants. Peter & Cathy were quick to answer any questions and provide additional recommendations for activities and restaurants. We only live about 35 miles away and are already planning a mother/daughter "pseudo-staycation" after the holidays. Thank you again for a wonderful experience.

We loved staying here! It was super clean, just the right amount of space for the 8 of us, and had everything you could need! The jacuzzi, the pink pong, the fire pit .. made staying here perfect. And, the short walk to beach, shops or restaurants made for a perfect location.
