The space



With 300 m² of comfort, the villa has seven bedrooms (2 double beds and 9 individual beds), three full bathrooms, two spacious living rooms and a fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary to enjoy meals with family and/or friends. The kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and all necessary kitchen utensils.



The dining room opens onto a panoramic terrace with an independent swimming pool, equipped with sun loungers, side tables and an outdoor dining area, ideal for evening gatherings. The wooden barbecue with its own terrace allows you to prepare delicious grilled meals while enjoying the surroundings.



The inner courtyard offers an intimate corner, as well as a perfect porch for summer afternoons. The villa also has two upper terraces with clear views and a private garden with fruit trees and native flora surrounding the property.



All rooms and lounges have individual air conditioning, spacious wardrobes and wifi. Each bathroom includes a hairdryer, gel, soap and towels.

The Area



Located in a quiet residential area of Palmanova, the villa enjoys a peaceful and safe environment, ideal for families and groups looking to relax while staying close to all amenities. In just a few minutes, you will find white sandy beaches, restaurants, supermarkets and seafront promenades, as well as excellent connections to Palma and other parts of the island. Through a shortcut, they can reach either of the two nearest beaches in about 500 metres, in less time than indicated on maps.



Check-in from 8:00 PM will have an additional cost of €50 and from 11:00 PM, €100, which will be paid in cash upon arrival.



*This property is located in a residential area, so guests are requested to show responsibility, respect towards neighbours and avoid disturbing noises.



Rules:



- Smoking is prohibited within the property. If you wish, you can smoke outside and ensure that you do not leave cigarette butts on the ground.



- Maintain order and cleanliness at all times.



- You will be responsible for the waste generated during your stay. Please separate the waste into the corresponding containers and place it in the designated area.



- Use air conditioning and/or heating responsibly. Turn it off when you are not at home or when it is not necessary. Also, make sure to close windows and doors so that cold or hot air does not escape.



- It is not permitted to hold parties or events in the house. If you wish to have visitors, do so in moderation and respect the house rules.
