Unit was better than described. Was very clean and hard to believe it was on a beach. The entire property is very well taken care of. Host had everything you would need. She made us aware she was available if we had any questions. Would stay here again.

The absolute best!

This was our second time staying in this condo this summer. Both stays went perfect with no complaints. Very clean place. Beds slept great. Susan was easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this place. Boardwalk is our favorite place to stay on PCB.

Impeccably decked out, this condo is the perfect getaway. My daughter and I had the most restorative time. The views from the bedroom, living room and balcony are just incredible. Could not ask for better hosts. Super prompt with responses to any questions I had. Simply put....paradise.

Best unit I have ever stayed in!

Hands down, the best unit we have ever stayed in. Not only was it gorgeous, but Susan has thought of absolutely everything you would ever need at the beach. Security was an added bonus with 2 16 year old daughters. We will definitely come back!

Loved our stay

We really enjoyed our stay at The Boardwalk! I loved being on the 3rd floor as I am not a fan of heights. Susan was wonderful to work with and the condo had everything we needed for both fun and cleaning. This was absolutely the cleanest condo upon check-in that I've ever experienced. No sand on the floor, counter tops, on in the showers. We definitely plan to stay here again!

Absolutely perfect!

The condo is beautiful and the location is great! Such a short distance to the beach and the staff keeps everything so clean and safe. Every detail was thought of in this condo. The couch and beds were so comfy. The elevators are fast, parking is so easy, and there are carts galore for your convenience. The owners are so easy to get in touch with and gave us great dining options to try. We will definitely be returning!

Beach access is steps away, the views are gorgeous, and the whole area has that ideal relaxed, beach‑town vibe without the overwhelming crowds.Parking on the property was a total breeze, which we appreciated more than we expected. No confusing parking garage, no tight ramps, no hassle — just simple, convenient parking that made coming and going incredibly easy.Sandy and Hank were phenomenal hosts. Their communication was top‑tier: fast, friendly, and full of thoughtful suggestions that truly elevated our trip. You can tell they care deeply about their guests’ experience, and every recommendation they shared was spot‑on.The condo itself was impeccably clean, accurately described, and perfectly sized for me, my husband, and my sister. Wonderful Relaxing Stay

This condo is so peaceful and relaxing. It has all things you need fior an enjoyable vacation. Spacious master bedroom and bath with ocean view. Living Room with a comfy couch and TV. Full kitchen from coffee mugs to wine glasses. Great balcony to drink your morning coffee and watch he beautiful sunset in the evening. Communication with hosts is fantastic. Panama City Getaway

We had a wonderful time. We came to celebrate my 65th birthday as well as my retirement. The property was just as described on the site. Very clean, plenty of additional supplies you would need and beautiful view. Easy access to the beach, great pool and there is access to food, drinks, ice cream and a small store on the property so you don’t really have to leave. There was good communication with the owner and she even left a sweet surprise to help me celebrate while I was there. We will definitely contact the owners again to try and stay at this property if we decide to come back to Panama City Beach. This place is a 10 for sure.
