COMPLETELY RENOVATED GORGEOUS DIRECT BEACHFRONT 8TH FLOOR 2BR/2BA+BUNK CONDO
“THE BLUE PEARL”....Escape reality in this completely & freshly renovated, upscale condo that boasts 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms + a bonus triple bunk room.

Sleeps nine (9) total: Master - King (2); Guest - Queen (2); Bunk - Twins (3); Pull-Out Couch - Queen (2). *LIMIT of six (6) ADULTS!!
At this time, we are not accepting long term rentals DURING OFF SEASON.

The views from this condo will blow you away!! Have your cameras ready!! Enjoy your early morning coffee while watching the sunrise and don’t miss the incredible sunsets in the evenings!! Also keep an eye out for dolphins!!

This 8th floor condo is one of the nicest in the entire building & has many upgrades to include fresh paint throughout, all new appliances & hardwood flooring throughout, large flat screen TVs, new bedding, brand-new couches, granite counter tops, fully equipped kitchen, Keurig coffee machine & brand-new full-sized washer/dryer.

You'll also have free, private WiFi.

The Parking Pass is an additional $50 and wristbands are $6/each, Every guest 6yr old and older are REQUIRED to have on a wristband. After booking, you will receive an email from "Park N Spot" with a link to purchase the parking pass and wristbands.


The spacious Master Bedroom has a King bed with TV, ceiling fan and insanely beautiful views, while the private bathroom has a garden tub, walk-in shower, double vanities & walk-in closet.

The Guest Bedroom has a Queen bed, TV, ceiling fan and full ensuite bathroom.

The Bunk Room has Triple Twin Bunkbeds that can sleep up to three (3) children. ***Only children nine (9) years and older are allowed to climb or sleep on the top bunk. Weight limit per bunk is 150 lbs. max.

There is also a Pack n' Play available for use in the condo.

Large outdoor balcony overlooks the lovely pool area and has unobstructed, stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Located in the Boardwalk Beach Resort Condominium building, this condo is close to the action in Panama City Beach from Pier Park, Ripley’s Believe It or Not!, PuttPutt golf courses to award-winning restaurants. The Boardwalk Beach Resort has a fabulous resort pool area, spas & fantastic enclosed kids splash-pad play area that your family will love. The Resort also has 24/7 Security and a yummy restaurant called “Under The Boardwalk” as well as the “Island Breeze Corner Market”.

This was a very nice place to stay. We must’ve came on the best week because as we were checking out on July 4 the motel became very crowded. The week we were there there was no waiting at the elevators and the beach was not very crowded at all. The ease of getting to the beach from the hotel is excellent.

Excellent beach get away for kids

With 4 kids (15,13,10,7) this was the perfect spot. Not overly spring breaky, perfect beach for kids, pool and 2 hot tubs never too crowded, bar/snack shack great for lunch/drinks. Responsive owner for the one issue we had which was quickly resolved. Basically everything we wanted. Would happily stay again.

Great Family Getaway

This property is perfect for large families with a range of ages. The amenities bring enjoyment for young children (splash pad), older kids/teens (beach, pool, hot tubs), adults (bar), great food and music. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is ample security, which is great for vacationers who want to experience the beach life without excessive partying. The condo was clean and host was responsive. We would come back again

Wonderful Property!

We enjoyed our stay so much! The condo exceeded our expectations and served as a great place to relax. We loved every second. One suggestion…more bath towels available for guests. We had one towel per person and found ourselves having to do laundry often and the dryer seemed to struggle drying well. But the overall experience was wonderful and we would absolutely return!

Fabulous vacation rental

We could not have been more pleased with this rental. The pictures do not do the unit justice as it is even better in person. It was incredibly clean and very tastefully decorated. Susan was delightful to work with. We would love to stay here again. The complex itself is also very clean with a fun vacation atmosphere for adults and children. Elevators worked great.

My husband and I slept in the master and my mom was in the second bedroom. Our 4 kids (aged 9, 7, 5 and 2) all stayed in the bonus triple bunk room and loved it! We put the pack n play in there for the toddler. The room was renovated and clean. We would love to go back one day.

Perfect getaway!

We came down last week, with our 3 kiddos, and my parents. The condo was the perfect size to accommodate 7 people. 4 adults, 3 kids! The pool was so much fun, made us not want to get out and about PCB. My favorite part was how comfortable the bed was, and how easy it was to access the beach. Loved the decor, the cleanliness and how it smelled SO good when we opened the door. Mary was a joy to work with, and I can’t wait till next year.

Best condo at Boardwalk!

We have been vacationing at the Boardwalk condos for the past five years and the Blue Pearl is by far the nicest, cleanest condo we have stayed at thus far. The condo was recently updated with fresh paint, decor, bedding, the whole works; it made for a wonderful stay. Susan was a charm to work with and very communicative- especially with the uncertainty of Covid-19. This condo will not disappoint! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Great Stay!!!

We were very pleased with our condo! Loved the location as it wasn't busy and was located pretty much by itself on the beach, but still yet close to food and entertainment. The pool was great as well as the hot tubs and splash pad my kids loved it. The only thing was we were unable to sit pool side with drinks. Lots of pool rules) Which is understandable to keep the cleanliness that the had there. Overall I definitely recommend this condo to everyone you wont be dissappointed.

Spring break

This was our second year staying at this property, love it! Amazing sunsets….absolutely priceless! Mary, the owner, is amazing, great communicator and easy to connect with. Property has a lot of security and staff making everything perfect. Pool is massive and heated. Hot tubs are great also…a little crowded but expected with temps in the high 60’s/low 70’s. Condo also has plenty of room. Love the bunk beds for our girls. Over all a special place for our family. We will be back, again!

Best condo yet!

Taking kids to the beach during Covid meant sit on the beach, sit in the condo. We could not have asked for a better condo to do so in. So nicely updated and so comfy. Both beds were great! The condo was very clean when we got there. The view is incredible! We had one tiny issue with checking in but Susan was easy to reach and handled it promptly. It didn’t slow us down at all! We will definitely be staying here again!!

Nice but needs a little more attention to cleaning.

The condo is lovely and well furnished although it is time to replace the couch as the cushions are pretty worn out. I was a little dismayed to find mold in the master shower and hair all over the secondary shower walls etc. The complex is very clean and well patrolled by the staff. Loved having the outdoor bar and restaurant pool side and they did an excellent job.

There were 6 of us in this clean, nicely decorated condo. Views of beautiful beach and pool were outstanding . The grandsons (9) and (13) enjoyed their bunks. Open concept kitchen, dining and living room. Enjoyed watching jets fly by and the beach scene from the balcony daily. Beds comfortable. Definitely would return. The Host and every building employee quick to respond to any questions, needs! Even guards at entry gave feeling of good security and helpful. Employees here smile!

Overall a great condo

We loved this condo. Spacious, updated, loved the decor. Beds were comfy. Had everything we needed except may need some new pots and pans cause the ones there were a little old and were sticking bad. Didn’t bother me too much but really could use better cleaning (there was old crumbs and food in drawers in cabinets, sticky stuff in fridge and around the trash can in cabinet was yucky etc..) But overall I recommend this condo!! The owner was great with communication and getting us our door access code.

Beds were uncomfortable, but overall the condo was nice. Need to fix the entry way into second bedroom, door doesn’t close all the way. Has to buy a shower holder for shampoo conditioner and other products so they weren’t on the shower floor in master bathroom, but it was a small expense hope they keep it for others to use. My family will definitely return. Boardwalk Beach Resort is the prime location for us. We very much enjoyed our stay. Mary was a great host. Until next year.

July 4th family vacation

The condo was beautifully decorated. However, the master bedroom linens were covered in food and the fitted sheet had chocolate or something on it. Seemed they hadn’t been washed. Upon arrival I had to wash them. We found old crumbled food in the silverware drawer and silverfish crawling on them. It would have been nice to have a vacuume as well to help clean the sand up and the broom was not helpful due to being dull. Other than that the condo was beautiful and we had a wonderful time.

We enjoyed our stay at your condo,however there were a few minor problems. 1. Not enough linen,no sheets for sofa sleeper,more towels and wash cloths needed in both bathrooms. Problems with TV's in master BR and living room.Garbage disposal did not work.

Our Dad has owned a condo at Boardwalk Beach Resort since 2011 & we have fallen in love with this property. It has anything you would want or need in a vacation spot. The views, the location, the pool area & the fabulous silky white sand beaches. The view from the master suite in this unit is a panoramic of the beach and ocean. Just breath taking!
