If we receive justified complaints from any neighbour about guest behaviour, a €100 penalty may be applied and you may be asked to leave the apartment. Noise-monitoring devices are installed in the property.
No smoking:Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Failure to comply will result in a €100 charge.
Lost keys:Losing or misplacing the keys will incur a €50 fee.
