Lovely quiet location within the Alii Lani Complex with some partial ocean views from the lanai and master bedroom. Fully equipped. Just bring your suitcase. Free Wifi and digital cable TV. Parking space is located right in front of the condo. This complex requires a 30 day minimum stay. There are 2 parking spaces that can be used for this unit. This is a non-smoking complex. All of our properties are non-smoking. Alii Lani is centrally located about halfway down Alii drive between Kailua Bay and Keauhou Bay. Short walk across the street to shoreline access. We enjoyed our stay. Great mountain, pool and distant Ocean views from the balcony. Nice to have A/C for the first 3 weeks of the stay though it cooled at night and we were able to open up the condo we would definitely stay again. Having A/C in the 2nd bedroom would have been nice. Enjoyed!!
We loved this property it has a great location in the heart of Kona. We will definitely stay here again! The AC was great since Kona can be hot during the day. Our neighbors were very nice and being close to the beach is nice too. It is in the tsunami area , we had to leave for our own safety and wasn’t allowed back until the all clear was given however this type of thing is rare and if you want to be at sea level or close to it you have to expect this could happen. We had plenty of time to get to higher ground which only takes a few minutes to get above the danger zone. We both agree that we would stay here again if and when available without hesitation. It’s close to Walmart and Costco which is great if you cook everyday. A central coastal location on the island is also very nice when traveling to different parts of the island for day trips. All and all I can’t really think of any negatives except for maybe the AC buckets fill up about every 7-9hrs so we always turned it off during the day. However the trade off would be no AC and that would be a deal breaker for me. Not a big deal but that’s literally the only thing I can even think of that wasn’t nearly perfect. I already miss it and we have only been home for about a week. Trash onsite, many grounds keepers working daily to clean and fix anything and everything outside the property including the pool area. It’s cleaned and straightened up every morning. Remember to bring aloha and respect to the island Mahalo very happy!
We enjoyed the condo. Very peaceful and quiet It was very well supplied but we could have used a couple more mugs. There were only two. Otherwise everything was provided.
The most disappointing thing was the soiled, stained carpet, especially at the entrance. This really gave a bad first impression that lasted. A clean carpet would make a loan of difference.
It was clean … comfortable… nice.. hadbeach stufff. A few amenities… safe neighborhood… we loved it… would like information to return next year but, I was told owner passed away and not sure of possible rental in future . Could someone get back to me with cost for month of February 2023… Judi Greenwood

Bonne prestation générale.
Logement calme et agréable.
Très bien pour 2 adultes + enfant car le balcon accueillerait difficilement 4 adultes.
Absence de vue sur la mer. Climatisation présente dans le salon + 1 chambre (bruyante et gestion des condensats).
Les piscines sont belles et très agréables.

Highly Recommended!
We love Alii Lani! The condo is in a great location, is very comfortable and clean, and had everything we needed for our 3 month stay. The owner replaced all of the living room furniture after we arrived - the new leather couch and recliner are great! Nice lanai, beds are comfy, and there are beach chairs, coolers, etc. We really enjoyed the pools, hot tubs, grills, community library, and the residents and visitors at Alii Lani are very friendly and welcoming. We hope to stay here again in the future!

It was very clean, but not very comfortable
The beds were OK… But the living room furniture was probably the most uncomfortable furniture we've ever just sat on . Otherwise, it had everything we needed. I would recommend this property.
